Not too long ago, I wandered into a real estate office in South Florida looking to purchase a property in the Boca Raton area…..I was introduced to a lady by the name of Vera Bassy…….it must have been fate, but somehow I was introduced there to the best real estate agent in the state of Florida. Not sure exactly what type of property would best suit my needs or how close I wanted to be near the ocean, Vera was able to zero in precisely on the things that I wanted and found me the villa of my dreams…..
I was a bit concerned with the process of my purchase since my primary home is in New Jersey and I was buying a vacation home in Florida. I wondered how it would be possible to work out all that is necessary in a purchase when you are 1200 miles away.
Vera made the process amazingly easy…..by way of emails and faxes, I was able to close on the property. I must thank Vera for taking care of everything from personally being there when inspections were necessary right down to arranging for the closing with my being so far away.
I do not believe that any other realtor could have made my purchase of a villa in Boca Raton more stress free than Vera. She is a true professional at what she does and in an addition to that, she is a wonderful person who cares for you not only as a client, but as a person.
