Our Favorite Recreational Activities in Boca Raton: Part 2
We have bragged (humbly we hope!) in previous posts about how Boca Raton seems to have it all. Great beaches, great restaurants, great schools, the list goes on.
This week, we want to focus on recreation, and all the great things on offer in the Boca Raton area. So, we have compiled a three part blog on three of the best recreational activities in the local area – golfing, fishing, and surfing.
Enjoy!
Part 2: Fishing
If you’re interested in fishing but lack the equipment (and the knowledge) to do everything yourself, fishing charters can be a fantastic way to enjoy the spoils of the ocean while spending time to those closest to you. Here are some of our favorite local fishing charters in Boca Raton!
Fish Envy Charters
Fish Envy Charters offer deep sea fishing charters in Boca Raton for offshore species aboard a spectacular custom 28′ Parker Sport Cabin boat. The boat can host up to 6 people for a day of fun and frolics on the ocean. The boat has everything you need and is equipped with all the latest marine electronics and fish-finding devices to ensure you will get the fishing experience you are looking for!
Palm Breeze Charters
Palm Breeze Charters offer a spectacular for day trips and events of all kinds, whether you’re looking to host a party, embark on a sailing cruise, or try your hand at snorkelling. Established in 1987, these guys have been providing fun for 26 years in the Boca Raton area. On their fishing charters, they offer a group of sportfishing boats from 40-60 ft in length, for up to 6 passengers. For competitors out there, they can even keep track of the smallest fish, largest fish, and most caught fish and have prizes available for the winners.
Flyboard Boca
Ok, you’ve got us. Flyboard Boca is not a fishing charter – but it is so fun that we had to put it in here as a water-related recreational activity that is sure to please! The water jet pack is an exhilarating rush, sure to satisfy even the most adventurous of thrill-seekers. It is very safe and easy to learn, with most guests flying within minutes. The jetpacks run off jet skis, which have an impeller that sucks water up the grate and shoots it out the back. A certified instructor will be on hand to guide you through the experience. Highly recommended!
There you have it!
First golf, and now fishing. We’ll be back next week to give you the inside track on where to surf!
